Guest Updates
February 29, 2012 - Disney celebrated leap day with a promotion called One More Disney Day and they kept Disneyland Park as well as the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World open from 6am on the 29th through 6am on the 1st. I did not attend but some friends did and they shared these photos. (Thanks to some friends of the site for the pictures)
February 25, 2012 - D23's From the Vault: Newsies - To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the film D23 hosted a screening on the Walt Disney Studios lot in Burbank. It included a panel, the film, and then a meet/greet. (Thanks to some friends of the site for the pictures)
February 4, 2012 - Disney Parks Blog hosted a Meet Up with Jake and the Neverland Pirate Band. (Thanks to some friends of the site for the pictures)
2011 - Christmas & New Years Eve - A couple of Christmas Eve pictures then some New Years Eve ones. (Thanks to some friends of the site for the pictures)

October 2-3, 2011 - The Aloha Geek checks in with some pictures taken on a two day stay at the Aulani Resort and Spa in Hawaii. In case you missed it he also provided us with construction shots and opening weekend shots for the construction progress section.

September 11, 2011 - A set of video clips and some still images of the special flag retreat to mark the 10th Anniversary of the September 11th attacks featured the 1st Marine Division Band. - Thank you to the invisiblegeek for the shots and video.

May 7, 2011 - Gary brings us some shots of the Pirates of the Caribbean on Stranger Tides premiere. Included is a look around the park during the day and then some shots of the black carpet arrivals.
June 16-17, 2011 - The Arizonageeks check in with a look around the Disneyland Resort. Including some construction shots and the first sighting of the All American College Band this summer.
May 15, 2011 - The Lazygeek checks in with a quick look around Disneyland and DCA including some construction shots from both parks and other random shots as he roamed the parks with his family.

July 24, 2009 - Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany was the inspiration for Disneyland's Sleeping Beauty Castle (as well as Hong Kong Disneyland's). Some fans of the site were gracious enough to share some photos from a recent trip there.
July 28, 2009 - The Retiredgeeks are back with some shots of the work at DCA (the Bay Area restroom building is gone) as well as a couple Disneyland shots.

a look at both the first and second parade of the day, which
were billed as the premiere of Walt Disney's Parade of Dreams.

4, 2005 - Our very own lazygeek was lucky enough to
win tickets to the 50th kickoff at Disneyland on May 4th
when the park was closed to the public. Here are pictures
taken throughout the day showing what was going on and what
the park was like, as well as some detailed shots of the
Disneyland opening day model in the opera house.

Holidays
2005 @ WDW & A couple shots from January - Jenn
the DisneyFreak checks in with two WDW updates.. Part 1:
These pictures are from our visit right before Christmas.
They did not do nearly as much as I had anticipated they
would to decorate for the holiday but there were some attraction
updates etc. I figured I would take advantage of and include
here. Enjoy!
And Part II (the last two pages only): In January we made
one last trip to Disney before the baby comes. Just a couple
updates here. Nothing major had happened since the December
trip.
Fall
2005 @ WDW - Jenn the DisneyFreak is back. This time
with some pictures from her trip in the Fall of 2005 around
the WDW Resort.
Candlelight
2005 @ Disneyland - I was not able to attend the Candlelight
this year (it was December 3 & 4) and the 3rd was the
USC vs UCLA game and this year could not miss that.. go
Trojans!! Anyways here are some shots of this years show
as well as the new animation sign at DCA.

2005 @ WDW - We have the first in what we hope will
