Hello all,
Another list of things to finally clear off my to-do list… before we start I will be posting some wallpapers from previous Flower & Garden shows at EPCOT sometime Friday, sorry for the delay.
1) Did you know there is a new FREE vacation planning DVD for Disneyland? Came across the link earlier in the week and ordered myself one, you may be interested too:

I will post some comments once I receive mine… hopefully its good.. has anyone gotten one already?
2) Incredibles DVD Thoughts… I finally had some time over the last week to watch my Incredibles DVD:
a) Our local Disney Store informed me that they are not carrying the widescreen, so my pre-order was good only for the full screen version, that was kind of sad… I was too lazy to return it and go somewhere else though… anyone else run into this? Is it a policy of the stores or was I just unlucky? If its a policy anyone know why?
b) I sat through handful of trailers, wasn’t too impressed at the upcoming slate.. sequals and direct to video flicks have never really drawn my interest.. I thought the title of the upcoming Lilo and Stitch was interesting… “Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch”..
c) I thought the extras on the DVD were plentiful, but strange.. the Jake Jake Attachs short really seemed weird to me.. guess I just don’t get it. Same for the bloopers.. the Toy Story and Bugs Life ones were great but these did not even make me laugh.
d) Thought the idea of having an ad for The Tower of Terror @ DCA was an interesting choice and not something about the Happiest Homecomings on Earth.. I was really expecting a spot for it.
3) Did everyone see that the Hollywood Bowl 4th of July weekend will be celebrating Disneyland’s 50th… tickets go onsale in May, should be a great performance.
4) Did any locals catch the Daily News U – Entertainment section last week. Disneyland’s 50th was on the cover. Not sure if this was syndicated to other papers. There were three stories. The first seemed sort of strange to me, it highlighted some of the problems over the years starting with the over crowding and other issues on opening day… There was a great timeline that I found interesting to see what was choosen as the milestone additions and changes to the park. There was also an interesting list of numbers/stats on the parks, including the some like 75,000: Performances by the Disneyland Marching Band during the last 50 years…
That’s it for now,
Jason
